Parole court for Sergei Krivov

On March 31, the Klintsovsky Court of the Bryansk Region will consider a petition for parole for marsh prisoner Sergei Krivov. His term expires on July 17 of this year.

In February 2014, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow, Natalia Nikishina, sentenced Krivov to 4 years of general regime . On June 20, the collegium of the Moscow City Court reduced the term for the political prisoner to 3 years and 9 months . Krivov received the most severe punishment of all the “bogmen of the first wave”.

At the end of January, for the fourth time, he sent a cassation appeal against the verdict to the Presidium of the Moscow City Court. The previous three disappeared without a trace, along with all the attached documents, or were rejected on non-existent grounds.
