35 people were detained in the Simferopol region

In the village of Pionerskoye, Simferopol District, armed men in masks detained and put on a bus 35 visitors to the Bagdad cafe, which is located on Alushtinskaya Street. According to lawyer Emil Kurbedinov, the detainees are mostly Crimean Tatars and Crimean Muslims.

Kurbedinov added that everyone was being taken to the Center for Combating Extremism, allegedly for some kind of “preventive training”.
