Opponents of construction in the Moscow Dubki park, detained the day before, are currently being tried in the Koptevsky District Court of Moscow, which has jurisdiction over Ivanovskaya Street, where the arrest took place.
According to OVD-Info, the lawyer of the park's defenders Sergei Panchenko, three of his clients have already been sentenced to a fine of a thousand rubles.
On the evening of Thursday, March 31, 14 activists were detained. They drew up protocols on disobedience to the lawful order of the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and took them to the Timiryazevsky police department, from where they were then taken to other police departments. Among the detainees, apparently, were two minors who were released from the police department in the evening.
