All defenders of Dubki Park were fined one thousand rubles, one case was returned to the police

The Koptevsky District Court of Moscow fined fourteen opponents of development in Moscow's Dubki Park, detained on March 31, 2016, a thousand rubles for disobeying a lawful order of the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The court decided to return the materials of the case against activist Gennady Truntaev to the police department on the grounds that he is a voting member of the election commission, and the decision to bring him to administrative responsibility should be made by the Moscow prosecutor.

During the consideration of one of the cases of an administrative offense, the judge said that she understands the defenders of the park, since she also has infill development in her yard.
