Twelve defenders of Dubki Park were fined one thousand rubles, one case was returned to the police department

The Koptevsky District Court of Moscow fined those who were detained on March 31, 2016, opponents of development in the Moscow park "Dubki".

Sergei Panchenko, a lawyer for the park's defenders, told OVD-Info that twelve of his clients have already been fined 1,000 rubles for disobeying a lawful police order (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Consideration of the cases of two more activists is currently ongoing.

The court decided to return the materials of the case against activist Gennady Truntaev to the police department on the grounds that he is a voting member of the election commission, and the decision to bring him to administrative responsibility should be made by the Moscow prosecutor.

During the consideration of one of the cases of an administrative offense, the judge said that she understands the defenders of the park, since she also has infill development in her yard.
