"Outside the framework"

On April 2, in St. Petersburg on World Information Day, an unique street action "outside the framework" took place about the problem of autism. For the first time in single pickets, those for whom this day was approved by the UN in 2008, and not social workers, doctors or philanthropists acting on their behalf.
