Thousands of people in Iceland rallied to demand the government's resignation.

In Reykjavik, thousands of people took to the square in front of the parliament building to protest demanding the resignation of the Icelandic government, led by Prime Minister Sigmundur Gunnleigsson. The reason for the rally was the leak of the "Panama Archive": its documents contain information about the offshore company of the head of government.

A vote of no confidence in the government is expected to be raised in the Icelandic parliament on April 4. The prime minister said he was not going to resign.
