Beeline has introduced a minimum fee for calls abroad — 200 rubles
VimpelCom (Beeline trademark) subscribers will pay 10 rubles per minute for international roaming on popular destinations starting April 13. At the same time, 200 rubles will be debited from the account immediately upon the first call - for this money you can talk for 20 minutes.
If the subscriber spends less than 20 minutes per day, the money will not be returned to him. The next day, another 200 rubles will be withdrawn from him.
If the subscriber talks for more than 20 minutes, per-minute billing will be activated.
VimpelCom is confident that after the changes, roaming prices will even decrease, since it will not be necessary to pay 69 or even 129 rubles per minute of conversation, as is currently the case for certain destinations.
At the same time, the new roaming tariff will actually become the only alternative. VimpelCom subscribers who go abroad will be connected to this tariff automatically. All other tariff options and packages of minutes in roaming included in some tariffs will become unavailable from April 13.
