In the sea of passivity and laziness, in which our science and education have been buried for many years, there are light lighthouses, so to speak, the rays of light in the Dark Kingdom. There are not many of them, and I try to write about them regularly. And this time I am happy to write about the progressive experience of one of the two leading universities in Russia - the one in which our leader of the nation was brought up. What, colleagues, is the main force of our country? Wise leadership! And what is the main weakness? A sluggish, lazy and uninitiated people, fallen on a free and not wanting to show zeal in the performance of the wise destination of our leadership. This is true in general, and in particular in a scientific environment. All the next to us, scientists and teachers want them to be “left alone”, strive to hide somewhere from their superiors and sit with a seat.
But we have such bosses with whom you will not be lusting! Such is that the rector of St. Petersburg State University N. M. Kropachev. What causes Nicholas Mikhailovich's discontent? Of course, the inertness of the faculty, its unwillingness in the mass order to write articles in magazines from the Web of Science database and receive grants. After all, what should a self -respecting professor do in a self -respecting university? Correctly, as advanced foreign experience teaches, to bring money to the university.
Therefore, St. Petersburg University strongly took up the correction of the situation. They say that an order has been issued there, which allows to be professors only to those who in recent years led the Grants of the RFFI, RGNF, RNF or megaggraduate, and also had publications in magazines from Web of Science and Scopus. Associates - only to those who have been a performer in grants in recent years and who have at least one publication in magazines from Web of Science and Scopus. If a person has only articles in the journals of the RSCI, then he can only count on the post of senior teacher. For naturalists, in any case. And there are not so many posts of senior teachers: less than the positions of professors and associate professors.
As soon as the people there learned about the order, he immediately began to raise a buch. How, they say, this way: there are more than a thousand professors, associate professors-even more, and grants from different funds at the university are several hundred?! What is now to be and what to do now, who will give lecture students?
The answer is simple: whoever remains will read. Someone will go from professors to associate professors, if you are lucky; If you are even more lucky - to senior teachers, the rest will go to the labor market. And even if they don’t complain: before it was necessary to think about bringing money from external sources to his alma matster. Yes, and students will be possible to suck the number: why are there so many clever men to our country? So this is the only way to act on the way to the true greatness of our universities!
However, as usual, the great and progressive is adjacent to us with different husks. So in the city-the homeland of two revolutions and two presidents, there is not only a bright galaxy of strong universities led by St. Petersburg State University, but also all sorts of other universities, because of which the ears of interests alien to our country are visible. Moreover, this can be judged even by their name: well, who of patriotic citizens will call the institution in the European University?!
It is clear that the audience is also selected at such a university: all sorts of different humanities, political scientists and economists there. A certain plan. We will not talk aloud about the fifth column, but - you yourself understand. But the public is not only gathering at the university, it also wants to infect the uninhabited souls of students with a rotten European ideology. And I still thought: why do our authorities suffer this? No, of course, they are clear of different reasons that we, ordinary mortals, are inaccessible, but somehow it is still not so.
And finally, the authorities began to take measures: Rosobrnadzor suspended state accreditation of higher education programs of the European University. And this, colleagues, is very correct, although not enough: it is necessary to completely deprive this institution of state accreditation! Better, it is not known that students of this university are not known what they listen to lectures, but go to serve the Motherland in our valiant armed forces. There will be more benefits!
