The family of the commander of the National Guard Viktor Zolotov owns the property at least 663 of more than a million rubles. This was reported in his blog by the founder of the FBK, leader of the Party of Progress Alexei Navalny with reference to the investigation conducted by the Fund. As noted, we are only talking about the family’s property well -known FBK.

The first of Navalny’s team identified by the Four -Domestic apartment Zhanna Zolotova, the daughter of the security forces, on Lomonosovsky Prospekt in Moscow. This apartment has an area of ​​495.1 square meters. A square meter of housing in this house, Navalny notes, costs 10 thousand dollars. Thus, the total cost of the apartment is about $ 5 million, or 343 million rubles.

The second object is a land plot of 11,868 square meters, the cost of which FBK estimates approximately 200 million rubles. The site is personally decorated on Zolotov. This is a former nomenclature dacha in the village of Zubalovo-2 on Rublevka. At different times, a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU Anastas Mikoyan, Marshals Clement Voroshilov and Boris Shaposhnikov lived at different times. Near the old house with an area of ​​260 square meters, Navalny notes, Zolotov built there a new one - having an area of ​​1000 square meters.

Finally, Navalny recalls the Novaya Gazeta investigation in February 2015, which reported five real estate objects belonging to the Goldov family, the cadastral value of which exceeds 120 million rubles, and the market, as noted, may be several times higher.

We are talking about two apartments in Moscow, a cottage in Sochi and two houses - in Barvikha and Gelendzhik near Moscow. The apartment in Spasonalivkovsky Lane belongs to the security forces personally, all other objects - his son Roman.

Regarding the son of Zolotov, it is reported that he works in cinema as a producer and film actor. The film producer is Yuri Chechikhin, the husband of Zhanna Zolotova. In particular, Zolotov Jr. and Chechikhin, together with a certain Anton Korzhakov in 2008, filmed the series "Vorotila. Be Together", and in 2009 - already without the participation of Korzhakov - the comedy "Circumstances".

At the same time, as the New Gazeta previously found out, Zolotov Jr. worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs - at the FSUE "Security", which is now also included in the structure of the National Guard.

Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the education of the National Guard on Tuesday . On the same day, he introduced a bill regulating the activities of the new service to the State Duma .

The National Guard is created on the basis of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. At the same time, the BBs are withdrawn from the structure of the police department to a separate executive body - the Federal Service of the Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. In addition, police special forces are included in the National Guard, including OMON and SOBR, as well as FSUE "Security". As expected, the total number of the new structure will be 350-400 thousand people.

The soldiers of the National Guard will receive authority to check the documents and detain citizens to transfer the police, as well as cordon off the area. Their right is stipulated without warning to use physical force, special equipment and firearms.

Zolotov is 62 years old. Since the 1970s, he worked in the 9th KGB Directorate (since 1991-the Main Department of the Security, since 1996-FSO). In the 1990s, he was the bodyguard of the mayor of St. Petersburg Anatoly Sobchak. Then he met Putin. In 1996, even before the transformation of the State Unitary Enterprise into the FSO, Zolotov left this structure and became the bodyguard of the oligarch Roman Tsepov, a close friend of Putin.

In 2000-2013, Zolotov was the deputy director of the FSB - the head of the Presidential Security Service. In September 2013, he was transferred to the post of Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Internal Troops, and already in May 2014 he was appointed the first deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs-the Commander-in-Chief of the Interior. In November 2015, Putin awarded him the title of Army General.

After the formation of the National Guard, the head of state included Zolotov in the Security Council.
