Senator Isakov proposed creating a rating of patriotism of Russian regions

Eduard Isakov, a member of the Council of the Federation Council on Social Policy, proposed creating a rating of patriotism of Russian regions. As TASS reports , referring to the senator’s statement, the rating will take into account the “state and effectiveness of spiritual, moral, civil-patriotic and sports education”.

According to the parliamentarian, this rating "will be determined not only by a simple comparison with other subjects, but taking into account the dynamics of the corresponding characteristics of this region in relation to its similar characteristics of past years."

Isakov explained that it should be established "on the basis of the analysis of official data of state statistical observations, including Rosstat, Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, other ministries and departments, sociological research and surveys, as well as taking into account the analysis of the media materials."

According to the Senator, the heads of administrations and chairmen of sports and military sports clubs should be liable for the level of patriotism in the regions.
