The Federal Air Transport Agency sent to all airlines an order on additional training of pilots flying on aircraft: carriers are ordered to check the skills of pilots to care for the second circle and withdrawal from a sagol, Kommersant reports. The newspaper believes that this indirectly confirms the version that the Boeing 737-800 disaster FlyDubai, which broke up when trying to land at Rostov-on-Don airport, occurred due to the mistake of its pilots.
The information ballot for carriers was published by the deputy head of the department Oleg Storcheva, a former pilot in the past, one of the first to master Boeing 737 in Russia. He ordered all the leaders of Russian airlines to evaluate professional suitability and, if necessary, re -enhance pilots that control aircraft of this type.
After passing the “theoretical” course, all Russian pilots Boeing 737 will have to additionally (such training are already taking place twice a year) to study the methodology for leaving the second round after an interrupted landing ”in manual mode and from different heights. At the same time, virtual departures for the second circle on simulators will have to be done in conditions of warning about the winding of the wind (Windshear Warning), and even the jamed elevator.
Airlines instructors are also ordered to check whether crew members can withdraw the car from the "complex spatial position".
The order indicates a similarity according to the scheme of two airlines with aircraft of this type: in Rostov-on-Don and Kazan in November 2013, where Tatarstan Boeing 737 crashed during landing.
According to the Kommersant, the results of the investigation of the Flydubai liner disaster in Rostov-on-Don led to the appearance of the order. Experts of the Interstate Aircraft Committee (MAC) and the Federal Air Transport Agency managed to completely reconstruct the emergency development scheme on board.
The sources of the newspaper so described what was happening in the cabin of a crashed aircraft. When leaving for the second circle, the pilot because of the chatter decided to gain height in manual mode, but did it too intensively, losing speed and going to the crosses of attacks. The dumping of the aircraft occurred due to the conflict in the cab: the second pilot, trying to prevent inevitable dumping, began to "pull" the commander’s actions with his helm. The Boeing control system, based on the transmission of electrical impulses from the helm to the on -board computer of the aircraft, was filled. The plane pecked with his nose and began to fall rapidly. When Boeing came out of the clouds, falling to the ground, it was too late to correct the situation.
The official report of the investigation commission should be published on April 19.
