Accused in the "Bolotnaya case" Maxim Panfilov, who was arrested by a court decision for two months, was sent to TDF No. 1 (Petrovka 38). This was told to OVD-Info by his lawyer Maria Kurakina. The defense plans to appeal the court's decision.
Panfilov is a resident of Astrakhan who suffers from Tourette's syndrome, which is characterized by various motor tics. Does not work. One of the grounds for placing him in custody was a large number of administrative offenses, mainly he was charged with drinking alcohol in the wrong place. As part of the Bolotnaya case, Panfilov is accused of participating in the riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square in Moscow on May 6, 2012, and tore off the helmet of policeman Vladimir Filippov, which caused him pain.
