In the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, protocols are being drawn up for two people who applauded during the meeting on the choice of a measure of restraint for Maxim Panfilov, the new defendant in the Bolotnaya case. They are charged with failure to comply with the lawful order of the bailiff (Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported on the Committee's twitter on May 6.
The court ordered that Panfilov be placed under arrest until June 7.
A similar story with applause occurred in the same court in January, when there was a hearing on a measure of restraint for another defendant in the Bolotnaya case, Dmitry Buchenkov. A protocol was also drawn up for the detainee.
