The Cheryomushkinsky Court of Moscow arrested Sergei Tsarev, who opened fire in a subway car, Interfax reports.
Tsarev was taken into custody until June 9. He was charged with attempted murder (part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
- On the evening of April 8, a quarrel broke out between two passengers in a subway car at the Kaluzhskaya station. his opponent at least twice During the quarrel, one of the passengers took out a traumatic Osa pistol, shot in the head, and then fled the scene of the crime.
- The identity of the shooter was identified by the traumatic pistol, which he left at the scene, later he was detained at his place of residence on Profsoyuznaya Street.
- The victim - a citizen of Tajikistan Sulaimon Saidov - was taken to one of the Moscow hospitals. According to Interfax sources, doctors assess Saidov's condition as serious.
- The Embassy of Tajikistan in Moscow announced that they intend to send a note to the Russian Foreign Ministry with a request to facilitate an objective investigation of the attack on a citizen of their country.
