Alexander Khodych, who headed the power wing of the bloody Kushchevskaya gang, was released

The head of the E Center in the Kushchevsky District of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Khodych, who was convicted in 2012 for fraud for eight years, was released on parole on March 23. The Sverdlovsk Regional Court released the policeman two years and eight months ahead of schedule.

“The court of first instance, the Tagilstroevsky District Court, denied parole without reason. We took into account his positive characteristics, 18 encouragements from the administration of the colony and the recommendation of a psychologist, ”explained Ekaterina Maslennikova, head of the press service of the court. “According to the conclusion of experts, the prisoner has improved, socially adapted to life and no longer poses a danger to others.”

The policeman has already returned to the village. There he is obliged to register, report twice a month to the inspector and not leave Kushchevskaya without special permission.

Novaya, of course, wrote about Khodych more than once ( see No. 138 of December 5, 2012 ). Alexander Khodych (at the time of his arrest he was 34 years old) is an active participant in the Kushchevskaya terror and godfather of the gang leader Sergei Tsapok. A young and promising officer consistently headed the Department of Economic Crimes, Organized Crime Control Department, Center "E". Among the villagers, Khodych had the sonorous nickname "Mr. Million" - supposedly the lower bar of the Khodych wiring. Kushchevskaya farmers and entrepreneurs say that it was Khodych, his colleagues and subordinates who carried out requisitions for farmers and entrepreneurs, collecting money “for hoes” or “to protect against hoes.” Requisitions were divided into "monthly" and "emergency"; usually increased by April - Sergey Tsapok's birthday. They also talk about other joint activities of Khodych and Tsapok - a tie-in to the Tikhoretsk-Lysichansk pipeline (Khodych was even put on the wanted list for a short time), trade in illegal diesel fuel on the M4 Don highway, and even a hemp plot.

But the main thing is that it was Khodych and his task force who were attracted by the henchmen when it was necessary to “squeeze” the objectionable person - without killing.

Most often, Khodych's skills were used to increase the assets of Tsapkov's family firm Arteks-Agro or other Podtsapkov's firms.

Farmer Nikolai Gordik (formerly the owner of the Agroyuginvest agricultural enterprise) told Novaya Gazeta how he ended up in a pre-trial detention center in 2008, refusing to transfer a controlling stake in the enterprise to the gang. And it was Khodych who, having visited the entrepreneur, took from him the donation for all assets and land - 5 thousand hectares. “He says: you understand, the guys need your land. Their “North of Kuban” tactically needs your two squads.” In addition to the donation, he also took a receipt for the debt of the entrepreneur Isyuk - and on it, frightening Isyuk in the pre-trial detention center, he took the car from him and forced him to issue a loan. Farmer Dashkin (agricultural enterprise "Ali", 4,000 hectares, did not want to pay requisitions) had his son kidnapped by the hoes, and Khodych's group sent Dashkin himself to "think" in a pre-trial detention center. In 2008, the farmer simply left the village with his family, leaving both the land, the house and the car. The lands predictably went to the hoes.

But the fact that Kushchevka cannot forget Khodycha has nothing to do with land fraud. It was Khodych's group that imprisoned Galina Kroshka and Natalya Sivtseva, employees of the North Kuban Humanitarian and Technological Institute. Women supported their students, who in 2005 wrote an open letter addressed to the regional security forces and the governor about terror, beatings and rape. An inspection came to the village from the regional police department and the prosecutor's office, as well as journalists. Tiny testified against the leader of the gang. The inspection left, Tsapok remained at large. And after 4 months, Kroshka and Sivtseva themselves ended up behind bars - for trading in fake diplomas. It was the “Khodych group” that designed the women. Their fate is terrible: Baby went crazy in a pre-trial detention center, Sivtseva served 6 years out of eight, went blind during her imprisonment.

When the Tsapkovs were arrested in November 2010, the head of the Investigative Committee, Bastrykin, said a lot about werewolves in uniform. But miracles soon began to happen with the criminal case. The economic composition of the case disappears. The obvious connections of the hoes with law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges, officials of all stripes are being cut.

The activity of both Khodych and other employees, including the head of the criminal police Semenikhin, is brought into separate criminal cases (at his request, the hoes tortured an elderly woman, “motivating” her daughter to withdraw her application from the Investigative Committee).

As a result, in the indictment, his godfather Khodych is mentioned once. Purely advisory assistance - Khodych (then head of the RUBOP) advised the gang leader how to kill Leonid Kadian from Kushchev. The cop explains to the bandit that when using a rifled weapon, there will be “hype”, and “it will be difficult to control a criminal case,” so you need to shoot from a sawn-off shotgun. Employees of the Krasnodar Investigative Committee then explained to Novaya Gazeta that "it was not possible to prove a greater connection."

Khodych's "own" case is even more limited. There are simply no requisitions, no tie-ins, no Kroshka and Sivtseva, no farmer Dashkov. There is no information about Agroyuginvest either. According to the indictment, Khodych, using his official position, visited the farmer Nikolai Gordik in the pre-trial detention center, inspired him with false hopes, divorced Gordik for a debt receipt, then went to Isyuk ... Khodych did all this for personal enrichment, links with crime have not been established here. In fact, Khodych received 8 years for two wrung out cars. Lawyers called all this "the verdict of the times of Beria."

Fraud is not a cannibalistic crime, and now Khodych, having established himself in the colony, was released on parole.

At first glance, it seems that of all the participants in the Kushchev events, Alexander Khodych got off the lightest of all. The bandits themselves are no longer in the world: in the pre-trial detention center, Sergei Tsapok, Alexander Chernykh, Vitaly Ivanov, Sergei Karpenko, according to the official version, hanged themselves or died from "acute heart failure." The survivors - Nikolai Tsapok, uncle Sergei, Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, Vladimir Alekseev and Vladimir Zaporozhets - will have many more years in the colony. But is it possible to say that Khodych was lucky? No. After all, many of his colleagues (the same head of the criminal police Vyacheslav Semenikhin) went through interrogations and investigative actions, but never appeared before the court. And according to the many years of “protection” by the hoes of the Kushchev police department, and even more so on the business connections of the wives of the hoes and the wives of the deputy prosecutor general, there were not even interrogations.

And compared to other Tsapkovsky friends in uniform, Alexander Khodych, of course, is a loser.
