Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced the addition of the powers of the Prime Minister. Now the resignation should be accepted by the Verkhovna Rada, and it is also the deputies who must choose a new prime minister. However, the new coalition has already been actually formed, and the next office will most likely be headed by the speaker of the parliament, representative of the Petro Poroshenko bloc, Vladimir Groysman.

Yatsenyuk announced his resignation on the air of the program “10 minutes with the Prime Minister”, which was released on the Espress TV channel. “From today I see my tasks wider than the powers of the head of government,” he said.

According to Yatsenka, he decided to resign due to the political crisis in the country. Rada will have to consider the application on Tuesday, April 12.

At the same time, on his Twitter, Yatsenyuk wrote that the political crisis in Ukraine was artificially created: “The desire to replace one person blinded politicians. The process of changing the cabinet of ministers has turned into a run on the spot. ” Yatsenyuk is sure that he did everything to stabilize the situation on Ukrin. “The“ Petro Poroshenko bloc ”put forward to the post of head of government Vladimir Groysman. Having done everything for stability, I declare a decision to resign, ”he wrote.

Yatsenyuk thanked the deputies of the People’s Front faction for support, and also assured that it remains in the parliamentary coalition. According to Yatsenyuk, new tasks for him are the preparation of electoral legislation, constitutional and judicial reforms, as well as membership in the EU and NATO.

After Rada could not declare a vote of no confidence to the prime minister, the voluntary resignation of Arseniy Yatsenyuk became almost the only way to resolve the government crisis with the constitution. According to the established procedure, a new vote on this issue can be carried out only after the start of the next session of the parliament - that is, not earlier than September. After the failure of the Votum, the factions “Fatherland” and “Self -help” came out of the coalition.

Another thing is that these events occurred almost two months ago, February 16, and since then the government was actually paralyzed - both politicians and the apparatus have been waiting for the government’s resignation, which, as a rule, has a poor effect on the quality of their work.

The composition of the new government was previously the main topic in Kyiv, now for some time, obviously, conversations will be artificially conducted on the distribution of portfolios in the new office.

According to the deputy from the BPP Vadim Denisenko, after the resignation of Yatsenyuk, the composition of the government will be updated by 90%. The new prime minister by 99.9% will be the current speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Groysman. Also, according to Denisenko, the Minister of Finance Natalya Yaresko, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development Gennady Zubko, as well as Minister of Social Policy Pavel Rosenko, who may also become Deputy Prime Minister will also remain in the new office.

All of the listed figures are either non -partisan or representatives of the BPP. However, the government will remain under the control of immigrants from the "Popular Front" by Armenia Yatsenyuk. This is at least the Minister of the Interior Arsen Avakov and the Minister of Justice Pavel Petronko. This, in any case, said the deputy from the NF Anton Gerashchenko.

It will not be boring in any case, although the change of cabinet is unlikely to affect relations with Russia. Firstly, all the country's leading political forces in this matter are quite solid, and secondly, according to the Constitution, the president, who, of course, has not replaced the candidacy of foreign ministers and defense.
