Background. There was once in the gardens of "mercy" a garbage container, and people, as conscious citizens, threw garbage into a container. True, sometimes incorrect garbage entered the container - branches, tops, vegetables -fruits are rotten. People from the organization that took out this garbage, did not like this and, moreover, it turned out to be not profitable for them to work with a horticultural partnership - garbage is not enough for export 2 times a week, and the container was removed)))

The habit is good, and the inhabitants carried their bags with garbage to the same place where the container stood))) No one even thought about who and how this garbage would be exported in this form. Wandering dogs in the search for food torn bags, all the contents fell to the ground and dispelled by the wind in the nearest territory, including in the neighboring territory of the children's republican hospital. The hospital is unhappy that garbage flies to them, people are unhappy that they themselves create a garbage dump, but continue to create it. And "what to do"?)

And then we appeared, “wild” people))) It seemed wild to us everything that was happening and at a meeting in the partnership we suggested that the container again install. Everyone agreed, everyone is ready to pay for garbage collection. As a result, next week the chairman is going to conclude an agreement. And today, we, regular residents, held a subbotnik and removed this garbage dump.

City residents do not understand this garbage pain))) You calmly throw into a bucket of food and non -food waste, drag the old furniture and equipment to the entrance. The machine will arrive, everything will take everything and it doesn’t matter what will happen next.
In rural areas and in gardens, this method of disposal is unacceptable. Smart gardeners sort garbage. Organics - in compost, inorganic - to the container.

Normal disposal rules:
