The former deputy head of the administration of the Koygorod district is suspected of fraud when buying a truck for firewood delivery

The former first deputy head of the administration of the Koygorodsky district Pavel Sinner opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud committed using an official position”). This was reported on April 11 by the Komi prosecutor's office.

The investigation believes that Pavel Sinner assigned almost 200 thousand rubles. According to the prosecutor's office, in April 2015, the Pen company won the administration competition and received 995 thousand rubles from the municipal budget. To purchase a truck, on which firewood should be transported for residents of the district. But the official who had access to the finance of the enterprise bought a truck gas, while changing its real cost with 800 thousand rubles in the contract. Up to 1 million rubles, after which the company reported to the district administration about the used financial assistance. The investigation believes that the difference is in the amount of 195 thousand rubles. The first deputy administration of the district appropriated.
