BFG-Credit, as follows from banki.ru data, is a medium-sized private Moscow bank in terms of assets, whose business interests are concentrated in the regions.

It is one of the hundred largest banks by assets, according to banki.ru, and ranks 91st.

Deposits of individuals amounted, as of March 1, to 23 billion rubles; in February they decreased by 3%, since the beginning of the year - by 4.2%.

The main beneficiaries of BFG-Credit Bank are Yuri and Galina Glotser (spouses), who jointly control 45% of the shares in the authorized capital. Tamara Khoroshilova owns 19.5%, US citizen Evgeniy Maftsir owns 10%, 15.5% in the bank’s capital is controlled by Tatyana Sycheva through the Cypriot company Festoria Consultants Limited. Another 10% is controlled by Oleg Reshetnikov through the Cyprus company Kosa Holdings Limited.

Banki.ru claims that among the bank’s clients are Channel One, VGTRK and the Rossiya Segodnya news agency.

A VGTRK representative declined to comment. A representative of Rossiya Segodnya told an RBC correspondent that the agency does not have an account with BFG Credit. Channel One has not yet responded to RBC’s request.
