"Dissernet" convicted Golikov in plagiarism

"Dissernet" found borrowing in the dissertation of the head of the Accounts Chamber Tatyana Golikova. The results of the study are published on the community page .

Golikova defended the dissertation on the topic “Theory and methodology of managing inter-budget relations in the Russian Federation” in April 2008 at the St. Petersburg State Engineering and Economic University. The Chairman of the Accounts Chamber received the degree of Doctor of Economics after protecting her work.

According to Dissernet, in the dissertation, materials from at least twenty sources were compiled.

In early December 2015, Dissernet came to the conclusion that the candidate dissertation of the State Duma of Sergei Naryshkin’s State Duma “Foreign Investments in Russia as a factor in economic development” was borrowed by 40 percent. Naryshkin defended the dissertation for the degree of candidate of economic sciences in 2004 at St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

The largest borrowings are recorded from the article of the authors of R.I. Zimenkova and E.M. Romanova published in the "Russian Economic Journal". More than 10 pages from this material were rewritten almost entirely.
