The Central District Court of Barnaul decided to block the site "Children-404", dedicated to the problems of adolescents homosexuals. This was reported by the Russian LGBT network.
As the founder of the site Elena Klimova clarifies on his FB page, the decision was made on the proposal of the senior assistant prosecutor Barnaul of the 2nd grade lawyer Elena Shulyak. The site checks made by the official stated that this resource has published information "clearly propagating non -traditional sexual relations among minors, namely homosexuality among boys, lesbianism, bisexual relations among children."
“The triumph of the Enlightenment,” Klimova said about the act of Shulyak. “Nobody forgot anyone. There is still the word“ transgender ”to the masses.”
Shulyak also insisted on blocking the children-404 VK community, despite the fact that the Kaluga district court of the Kaluga region had previously made such a decision. However, the judge, whose name is not specified, refused in this requirement-as suggested in the Russian LGBT network, precisely because the community has already been blocked.
Meanwhile, the lawyer Klimova Dmitry Bartenev proved the absence in the group "Propaganda of non -traditional sexual relations." In support of his thesis, he referred to the conclusion of two independent examinations and other evidence. Nevertheless, the judge ignored his argument.
Decisions of both Kaluga and Barnaul courts will be appealed, assured in the Russian LGBT networks.
Klimova, in turn, noticed that it is not yet supposed to be launched by the mirror of the Children-404 site, and recommended that readers master the means of bypassing the blocking.
The VK community "Children-404" has already been blocked in September 2015. However, then Klimova opened on VKontakte new pages and transferred the materials of the public there.
The Children-404 project has existed since 2013. Then the Nizhny Tagil journalist Klimova wrote a series of critical articles on the bill against "Propaganda of homosexuality." After the publication of the article “The District State”, a 15-year-old girl addressed her, over whom classmates and parents mocked her because of her homosexuality. The girl was on the verge of suicide, but the article Klimova made her change her mind.
Klimova conducted an online survey, received more than 100 responses, after which she decided to create an Internet project support for LGBT teenage. The support group consists of a closed account on VKontakte, where teenagers are psychological assistance, and open VK and FB groups, where photographs and letters of adolescents are published.
The project works without financing.
"Children-404" caused a great international resonance. After publications in the press in the summer and autumn of 2013, public actions to support Russian LGBT teenage and the Children-404 project were held in world capitals.
