On Taganskaya Street, after rebranding and updating the menu, a bakery of the Russian chain “ Pol Bakery ” opened. Representatives of the establishment told The Village about this.

The establishment has a large assortment of bread and pastries, which are prepared at its own factory in Malakhovka, near Moscow. After rebranding, pizza appeared on the menu, which is baked every two hours in deck ovens. Most pizza toppings are made from domestic products: fish and chicken are smoked, vegetables are pickled, and meat is baked. For example, there is pizza with salmon and spinach in tomato sauce (220 rubles per piece weighing 300 grams), pizza with turkey and mushrooms (200 rubles), as well as focaccia with beef tongue (220 rubles) and a sandwich with chicken and vegetables in traditional French baguette (170 rubles).

For drinks, visitors can order homemade fruit drinks, lemonades and jelly (80 rubles each); there is also coffee made from freshly roasted Rocket Roasters beans (from 90 rubles).
