In Brussels, thousands of Belgians went on march against terrorism

Belgium survived in March the most bloody terrorist attacks for many decades

In Brussels, about seven thousand citizens on Sunday held a "march against terror and hatred." The action was carried out almost a month after a series of terrorist attacks at the airport and the Brussels metro, whose victims were 32 people, about three hundred were injured.

Some of the demonstrators began the procession from the Molenbek area, which became famous in connection with numerous police operations and detaining suspects of involvement in terrorism. At the rally, at the end of the procession, the victims of terrorist attacks in Brussels and relatives of the victims performed. The rally participants called for unity and refusal to divide the Belgians into communities - "Jews", "refugees", "Muslims".

The demonstration was originally planned for March 27, but was canceled in connection with the state of emergency and increased threat of new terrorist attacks in the country.
