On March 6 of this year, I was summoned for an interview by the FSB. We talked with the opera there for a very long time. He found out whether I wanted to overthrow the president, the constitutional order, whether I was a supporter of the (banned) Islamic State. The operative said that a complaint had come against me, which he could not prove, that I was conducting subversive activities. He also asked if I wanted to promote homosexuality among minors, to which I said that if a minor sees something wrong on my VKontakte page, it means that he needs to be better monitored. Every minor has a guardian, a parent. On my VKontakte page it is written that it cannot be viewed by minors.

On March 11, the prosecutor called me, and in the end I was charged with “propaganda of fascism.” A video “This is Racism, Baby” for a song by Kharkov musician Boris Sevastyanov was published on my page. There, at the very beginning, from 19 to 25 seconds, there is a swastika, it then effectively burns out. The video compares the annexation of Crimea to fascism in Germany.

The examination of this administrative case was carried out by a specialist psychologist , and not even from a video, but from a screenshot from the video. On April 5 there was a trial, and the question was raised that such an examination is not part of the specialization of a psychologist. To which it was immediately said that this woman is not only a psychologist, but also a specialist historian . No documents about this were provided, but the judge “took his word for it.”

The prosecutor insisted on arrest so that I “had time to think about my behavior” - this is a quote. As a result, I was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest, and now I am appealing this decision in the regional court. On April 14, I was also summoned for questioning at the Center for Exercising - someone complained that I was “defending Polyudova.”

You can, of course, ignore the offers of law enforcement officers to talk, but I go without a summons in order to understand what to prepare for. I smoked with the FSB officer - it became clear that there would be an administrative meeting. To keep the situation under control so that it doesn’t suddenly turn out that I eat children on weekends.

It is still unknown when the regional court will take place. I still don’t understand why I wasn’t immediately taken to a special detention center. They said that there were no escorts available and within a few days I needed to come to the special detention center myself. But I filed a complaint. I don’t know whether they really didn’t have escorts, or whether they wanted to “let me escape.” Evading administrative arrest means another 15 days, but I don’t want to sit in a special detention center for almost a month.

It is a common practice in the Krasnodar Territory: first, an activist is imprisoned for some administrative reason, and while he is in prison, unable to defend himself, a criminal case is opened: this was the case with Evgeny Vitishko and Daria Polyudova.
