The organizer of the visit, Mikhail Kasyanov, was arrested in Tolyatti

On April 18, Andrei Balin, a member of the PARNAS party, was arrested in Togliatti for three days. He was one of the organizers of Mikhail Kasyanov's visit to Samara and Togliatti. This was reported on the PARNAS website.

Balin was accused of reposting a collage dated September 26, 2014, the investigation believes that the image publicly demonstrates Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Vitaly Yerkaev, who will organize Kasyanov's visit instead of his arrested colleague, told Radio Liberty that this is a direct attempt to disrupt Mikhail Kasyanov's visit to the region.
