In the Khabarovsk Territory, a criminal investigation has been completed against an 18-year-old resident of the city of Sovetskaya Gavan, accused of murdering his 42-year-old uncle (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code). This was reported on the website of the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
The incident occurred on December 9, 2015, when the accused was celebrating his birthday. According to the investigation, his uncle first asked the noisy company to be quieter, and then invited one of the girls to have an intimate relationship with him.
The girl refused this offer, the man pushed her hard, and she fell. The young man stood up for his friend and quarreled with his uncle. During the argument, he hit the man in the face several times, and when he fell, he struck him several more times on the head with a metal chair. The man died on the spot from his injuries.
During the investigation, the accused claimed that he did not want to kill his uncle, and everything happened by accident: he was allegedly forced to defend himself from a possible attack by his uncle, who was a hand-to-hand combat trainer. The accused himself was a boxer, so he was the first to strike several blows, which turned out to be fatal.
