In the Kaluga region, a resident of Kozelsk killed his neighbor because his TV was too loud, according to the website of the Investigative Committee.
On the night of April 19, a man came to his neighbor’s apartment to complain about the noise from the TV. The 45-year-old neighbor and another man were in the apartment. There was a conflict between the suspect and two men. According to investigators, a resident of Kozelsk stabbed each of his opponents in the neck. The neighbor died from the blow, the second victim was hospitalized in serious condition.
The suspect was detained. Investigators will apply for arrest. A resident of Kozelsk is charged with murder (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code) and attempted murder of two or more persons (Part 3 of Article 30 and paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code).
