Musician Oleg Mokryakov, who was detained at Chistye Prudy, left the Basmanny police station. A report on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him, one of the police officers who detained him wrote in a report that he swore with obscene language. Mokryakov said in the department that he would write a statement about a false denunciation, since he did not swear with foul language. To this he was promised that they would keep him in the police department for three hours. Mokryakov said that he would write a statement that he was being held in the department out of revenge. After that, his application was accepted and released, having issued a receipt for payment of a fine of 500 rubles for petty hooliganism.
