Yuri Merzlov, who was detained on Red Square in a Putin mask, followed by Roman Roslovtsev, left the Kitai-Gorod police station. A protocol was drawn up against him, as well as against Roslovtsev, under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
