
The territorial election commission of the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region canceled the elections of the Council of Deputies of Barvihi on April 24. It is reported by Interfax .
Earlier on April 20, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation proposed to transfer the elections in the city near Moscow. The head of the Mosoblizbirkom, Irek Vildanov, explained that the elections will be held again within six months. Probably, the elections will be held on a single voting day in September.
The decision on the cancellation of the elections was made after representatives of the Foundation for the fight against corruption Roman Rubanov and Georgy Alburov lifted their candidates. Earlier, oppositionists talked about possible falsifications with early voting in Barvikha.
In the CEC, the transfer of the voting day with complaints of the FBK did not begin to associate. According to the head of the commission Ella Pamfilova, in total, the campaign received 26 complaints, of which only one from the FBK. At the same time, as the head of the Central Election Commission noted, a complaint from Ivan Zhdanov (he did not withdraw his candidacy from the elections) was not related to violations with early voting.
Early voting in Barvikh began on April 16, it was recorded by an unusually high turnout: 30% of voters voted in two days. It was also reported that they were brought in an organized manner on buses.
