The Ministry of Internal Affairs spoke about the first results of the investigation of a resonant accident with the participation of the ex-head of the traffic police of Kuzbass Yuri Movshin. The official representative of the department told Interfax that the driver of Toyota Premio, into which Movshin crashed on his SUV, had no right and inspection. She did not talk about the actions of Movshin, who crashed into the car at high speed . As a result of the accident, four girls - Premio passengers died.

The wolf told Interfax: “During the investigation of a criminal case on the fact of a resonant traffic in the Kemerovo region with the participation of a former police officer, it was found that the driver of the Toyota Corona Premio car was deprived of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 18 months for driving in a state of intoxication.” In addition, he did not have an insurance insurance policy, and the vehicle itself, according to the Easto database, did not have been a planned technical inspection.

"At present, a number of examinations have been appointed in the criminal case, the results of which will help investigators to restore the full picture of what happened, establish the causes of the tragedy. The course of the criminal investigation was taken to control the leadership of the Kemerovsky head," the representative of the department said.

Car collision occurred on Saturday evening on the Kemerovo -Yashkino highway. The Toyota Land Cruiser SUV, which was driving Movshin, crashed into Toyota Premio, slowing down for a turn. Two Premio passengers died on the spot, two more - in the Kemerovo hospital, where the victims were delivered. The driver survived.

Movshin headed the regional traffic police for more than ten years - until 2012. And this is not the first fatal accident with his participation. In 2011, his Toyota Land Cruiser collided with the VAZ-2114. The driver of the domestic car died. In October 2011, the investigation terminated the case against Movshin: the deceased was found guilty of an accident.
