The court in Moscow arrested the apartment of the swamp prisoner Dmitry Buchenkov in the city of Aprelevka and his Nissan Almera car near Moscow. This was reported by TASS with reference to an unnamed source, "close to the investigation."

The decision was made at the request of the investigator of the Investigative Committee of Aleksey adding, leading the Buchenkov case as an interim measure to satisfy possible civil lawsuits against the political prisoner.

The interlocutor of the agency added that Buchenkov did not live in April apartment, but leased it. The 37-year-old associate professor of political science and a participant in the anarchist movement Buchenkov was arrested in early December 2015. It is contained in the metropolitan pre-trial detention center-5 "Vodnik"; In January, his arrest was extended until June 2.

Buchenkov was charged with the standard 2 of Article 212 (participation in the riots; from 3 to 8 years of the colony) and part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a government representative; up to 5 years), to 5 years).
