Judge of the Moscow City Court Elena Ivanova upheld the decision to extend until May 11 of the arrest of Politsyk Sergey Akhmetov, who is falsely accused of attacking a police officer on a protest campaign. This is reported by Kasparov.ru. The appeal of the protection of the Politzek to the decision, issued on March 10 by the judge of the Tver district of the capital Dmitry Gordeev, was upheld.
Akhmetov defenders petitioned for the release of their principal on security of 1 million rubles. They also insisted on introducing an examination to the case, establishing that the video recorded the basis of the prosecution, in reality, is not an Akhmetov, but another person.
Lawyer Oleg Ozmidov noted that he presented this examination to the investigator in the case, but he refused to introduce her. “We believe that the investigator deliberately hid this conclusion,” the lawyer said.
In turn, lawyer Sergei Badamshin explained the investigator’s behavior by the fact that the examination completely refutes the charge against Akhmetov.
As Kommersant previously reported , on April 22, Akhmetov was a final charge under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a government representative), which provides for up to five years of the colony. Politsek does not admit his fault.
According to the plot of the case , on July 18, 2013, during the promotion of the promotion against the sentence, Alexei Navalny and Peter Officer in the Kirovles case in the Manezhnaya Square, the Petersbourg architect Akhmetov tried to prevent a certain colonel of the police in the detention of the demonstration and grabbed the security forces for this, which caused him physical pain in his hand. The epaulettes, as claimed, came off.
Meanwhile, Akhmetov has not been to Moscow since 2011. On the page of the event on Facebook, he put a mark “I will go”, but in reality he did not go to the action.
On November 21, 2015, Akhmetov was detained in Vyborg upon returning to Russia from vacation and delivered to Moscow, where, after recognition, the “victims” were charged. On November 23, the judge of the Tver District Court Elena Ermakova arrested the detainee. Since then, the term of the Politzek in the pre -trial detention center has been extended twice.
