According to him, the basis for the administrative case was a swastika allegedly found on Kasimov's Facebook page. Immediately from the police department, the politician was taken to court to consider the case.

Under article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a fine of up to two thousand rubles or up to 15 days of arrest is possible. In addition, Faizulin emphasizes, bringing to responsibility for it excludes the possibility of participating in elections (point "g" of part 7 of article 76 of the federal law on basic guarantees of electoral rights). Meanwhile, Kasimov was going to run for the regional legislature and the State Duma.

On April 22, leaflets with swastikas were also found during a search in the office of the human rights "School of the Conscript", founded by Yegor Savin, leader of the Novosibirsk branch of PARNAS. Savin was also going to participate in parliamentary elections.
