Blogger and activist Jan Katelevsky detained

Around 8 pm on April 27, blogger and activist Yan Katelevsky was detained. The activist was able to call his friends on the phone and claim that he was being beaten. Relatives are not allowed to see him, and they said on the phone that a conversation was being held with him. One of the eyewitnesses reported this by telephone to OVD-Info.
