On April 27, the house of the Crimean Tatar activist Muedin Alivapov, imprisoned in the Simferopol SIZO-1 on charges of arson of cars in Yalta and Alushta, was searched again. During the search, clothes and shoes were seized. This was reported to Grani.ru with reference to Zair Smedlyaev, a member of the CEC Kurultai of the Crimean Tatar people.
Muedin Alivapov was detained on January 23. He was accused of intentionally destroying or damaging property by arson (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code).
upd. On the same day, in the morning, searches were carried out in the house of Useinova Aisha in Kholodovka. It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the CEC Kurultai of the Crimean Tatar people Zair Smedlyaev.
On February 2, 2016, the Supreme Court of Crimea dismissed an appeal against the decision of the Yalta City Court, which had previously chosen detention for Crimean Tatar Muedina Alivapova as a measure of restraint.
