Such information is transmitted by RBC with reference to the petition of lawyers Zhanna Nemtsova, the daughter of the deceased politician, filed the day before in the TFR.

"It is quite obvious that the circumstances in which the keys to the numbers of the member of the Federation Council were in the apartment where the accused of the murder of Nemtsov lived should be carefully studied," the document says.

Senator Geremeyev is a relative of the company commander of the Kadyrovsky battalion "North" Major Ruslan Geremeyev, who, according to lawyers, is the organizer of the crime.

In total, 10 people are mentioned in the paper filed by lawyers who were somehow involved in the death of Nemtsov, but were not questioned in the case.

The petition, which lawyers Vadim Prokhorov and Olga Mikhailov sent to the name of the senior investigator of the Investigative Committee for the particularly important cases of Nikolai Tevich - the head of the investigative group involved in the murder of Nemtsov, - was reported the day before . The end of the investigation in the case of the Investigative Committee announced on January 29 . There are five accused: Zaur Dadaev, brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev. He was imputed by points "Z", "s" of part 2 of article 105 (hiring murder as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). The criminal prosecution of another person involved - Beslan Shavanov, who died during the detention - was discontinued in connection with his death.
