Source: a nanny from Uzbekistan, who declined a four -year -old girl in Moscow, will escape ships

The defendant of the brutal murder of a four -year -old girl in Moscow, a native of Uzbekistan Gulchekhr Bobokulov will not be judged - according to the results of a psychiatric examination, it will be recognized as insane and directed for compulsory treatment. This was reported on Thursday by a source familiar with the situation on Thursday. There is no official confirmation of this information.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, during the coming week, specialists of the State Scientific Center for Social and Judicial Psychiatry named after V.P. Serbian will prepare and convey the conclusion of the forensic medical psychological and psychiatric examination conducted in relation to Bobokulova.

However, as the source became known, the doctors have already decided on the conclusions: they are sure that the woman is not fully responsible for her actions, but committed the crime in an insane state. Thus, criminal prosecution against Bobokulova will become impossible. The investigation will have to indicate in the indictment the need to apply forced medical measures to it.

The day before, the press service of the metropolitan administration of the FSIN Interfax reported that Bobokulova after the examination was transferred from the Serbian Institute to the Butyrka Psychiatric Hospital.

Recall, on February 29, 2016, in Moscow, after extinguishing a fire in one of the apartments on the Folk militia street, a decapitated body of a four -year -old girl was discovered. Later, at the Oktyabrskoye Field metro station, the 38-year-old nanny of the child Gulchekhr Bobokulov was detained, who walked along the street with the head of the girl in her hands, shouting Allah Akbar.

On the same day, the woman gave a confession. During the interrogation, she said that she saw on the Internet how they cut off her heads, and her voice in her head told her: "Make it with the girl." In addition, the woman said that the murder was revenge for Russian bombing in Syria.

The investigating authorities opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("murder of a minor"). The woman was charged, the court authorized her arrest. Meanwhile, the law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan reported that Bobokulova was sick with schizophrenia and in her homeland was repeatedly treated.
