“On behalf of the Vice-Governor of the Saratov Region D.V. Chumachenko also informs his subordinates that World Youth Day, organized by the Roman Catholic Church, will take place at the end of June in the Polish city of Krakow, and warns that “this event can be used to create positions of influence and spread pro-Western values, as well as replicate anti-Russian ratings among young people." Alexey Chumachenko appeals to the heads of educational departments of the university with a request to “take measures to minimize this kind of contacts of foreign citizens with employees and students” of SSU.
