According to the interlocutor of the publication, activists Yan Katelevsky and Andrei Orel and blogger Yevgeny were detained under the administrative article “disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer” for filming near the building of the city department of internal affairs. According to Katelevsky, the police department illegally seized part of the municipal territory, and this territory is illegally fenced.
Activist Katelevsky said that he was in the building of the city court, the location of the rest of the detainees was unknown.
Dozhd that Activist Andrey Filin told Katelevsky was detained twice, on April 27 and 28, after he filmed the area near the Ramenskoye police station.
