Dmitry Demushkin himself, in a telephone conversation, said that the court’s press service provides incorrect information. During today's preliminary court hearing closed for the press, the judge decided to close the process appointed on May 6 and issued the corresponding decision.
Demushkin was charged under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). He is charged with an episode about a banner from the “Russian march”, the slogan on which was considered extremist.
