The detained defenders of the Dubki Park, Mikhail Barbotkin and Andrei Natalchuk, left the courthouse. They were accused of organizing a massive simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places, which caused a violation of public order (Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the materials on both detainees were sent by the court back to the police department for revision. This was reported by Mikhail Barbotkin by phone.
In addition to today's detention, the court considered the case of Mikhail Barbotkin about his detention on March 31 , when he was accused of disobeying the lawful demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The process was postponed to May 5, 15:00.
