On April 29, the city court of Olonets acquitted the organizer of the rally against high tariffs, Igor Nekin, in the case of violating the established procedure for holding the event (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by 7x7.
Nekin, as the organizer of the rally, was accused of holding a poster calling for the resignation of Governor Alexander Khudilainen, which, according to the police, "has nothing to do with the purpose of the event." Witnesses in court explained that Nekin several times asked the woman to remove the poster. As a result, the court ruled that there was no corpus delicti in the actions of Igor Nekin and fully justified him.
