
In the Auchan hypermarket in Krasnogorsk near Moscow, dairy products falsified with vegetable fats were found. This was reported in Rosselkhoznadzor, reports TASS.
Thus, the audit of the department’s employees showed that vegetable fat was also contained in cottage cheese and sour cream, produced under the Auchana - “every day”. The indicated products were produced by the Moscow Plant "Baltic Union Uni" and the Milk enterprise in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
In addition, vegetable fats were detected in cottage cheese “Delicious Day”, produced by the Saratov “Combine of Children's Power”, sour cream “President” (Efremovsky oil-sized plant in the Tula region), Milgrad sour cream (Bryansk Domestic Plant) and Cottage cheese “From Vologda” (manufacturer-“Training Military Plant of VGMHMSHIM. N.V. Vereshchagina ").
In early April, Rosselkhoznadzor experts found falsified dairy products in Auchan in Togliatti. The inconsistencies in the composition of fats were discovered in the sour cream “Koshkinskaya” and milk “Choice of the hostess” (produces “Alev”) and milk “My Maroussia” “Terengul oil -rash”.
At the end of February, the Rosselkhoznadzor estimated the share of falsifications in the Russian dairy market at 11%, and for some types of products - 50%. Then the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, Alexander Tkachev, said that the Ministry of Agriculture was proposed to introduce mandatory labeling of products that contain a replacement of milk fat (often palm oil is used instead). On April 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to work out the issue of introducing an excise tax on palm oil.
