Early in the morning of April 30, police officers detained Pavel Kolesnikov and Pavel Takmakov, who were on duty at the Nemtsov Bridge people's memorial. They were taken to the Kitai-Gorod OVD, protocols were drawn up on the delivery, but no charges were filed.
Andrey Margulev, who witnessed how the workers destroyed the memorial today, told OVD-Info that this time the police officers motivated the detention of those on duty by the fact that they allegedly received a call about drunks on the bridge. According to Margulev, Kolesnikov and Takmakov were examined in the department for alcohol intoxication. Margulev himself, after the destruction of the memorial, went to the police department to write a statement about the hooligan actions committed by the workers.
At the moment, Pavel Kolesnikov and Pavel Takmakov are at large.
