In St. Petersburg, 14 participants in the May Day procession were detained. This was reported in the VK group "Help for detainees in St. Petersburg." Nine people were delivered to OP-78, the rest-to the OP-64.

The member of the Coalition "Democratic Petersburg" (including Vsevolod Neelaev), and LGBT activists came to the security forces. To one of the detainees, Peter Stekanov (Voskresensky), the police broke a mobile phone.

According to the VK group "The United Pervomaisky Headquarters", by about 16 o’clock from the OP-78 all the detainees were released. They issued protocols under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for a public event). Only Nalaev, as “Neva News” transmit , was charged with part 1 of article 20.1 (petty hooliganism), accusing the opposition that he publicly deleted the deputy of the city Legislative Assembly of the unicorn Vitaly Milonov. On the basis of this protocol, the police fined Nelaev for 1000 rubles (the police have the right to independently assign fines under Article 20.1, without going to court). Nalaev will appeal the fine.

As Rosbalt reported , this year officials did not agree on the “democratic St. Petersburg” European march, so the coalition decided to form a separate column for a general demonstration. At the Oktyabrsky concert hall, riot police took a convoy of Dempersburg, which totaled about 30 people, in the ring and demanded to remove all the symbols and banners. The security forces explained that all the structures with which the procession was agreed was refused to hold a general action with the coalition.

Everyone who removed the symbols was released. The 77-year-old Igor Andreev (Stepanych) refused to submit to the security forces, but in the end everyone was released , including him. Lee removed Andreev in the end symbolism, is not specified.

Further, the demonstrators had a skirmish with Milonov, who tried to take away the Crimean Tatar National Flag from them. Nevertheless, the opposition managed to defend the flag.

LGBT activists were detained for demonstrating rainbow flags. Earlier, the organizers of the action said that against the participation of activists of the Bloc of the Social Revolution in the demonstration, if they come with the flags of the LGBT community.

Together with the LGBT activists, the militant of NOD Timur Bulatov (Isaev) was detained. However, soon the provocateur was released . In the OP-78, the opposition went without him.

Freedom of assembly in St. Petersburg ended

In addition to the members of the Dempersburg and LGBT activists among the participants in the May Day procession were officials, including Governor Georgy Poltavchenko, representatives of the four Duma parties, trade union functionaries. The demonstration was also attended by “other Russia”, whose activists demanded to capture the whole of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, on Sunday evening, six members of the Social Revolution Bloc, who held the action on Malaya Sadovaya Street, were detained . According to the "My District", the activists sang the song "The walls collapse", and then one of them, Ivan Ovsyannikov, skipped: "One solution is resistance!" Immediately after that, the police attacked him. Meanwhile, while Ovsyannikov was put in the car, his comrades launched a banner.

The detainees were delivered to the OP-28, from wherethey released it later in the evening. On all six, protocols were drawn up under part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without submitting a notification), and on three - also in part 1 of Article 19.3 (disobedience to the legal request of a police officer).
