Katelevsky was detained on April 27 for filming in a vacant lot near the police station in Ramenskoye. The next day, at the same place where he told his comrades about the detention, he was detained again and placed under arrest for 12 days under the article of disobedience to the legal demands of police officers. The activists who filmed him received ten and three days of arrest.
