The court arrested the alleged killers of the ex-head of the police Syzran and his family

The Syzran District Court arrested three detainees on suspicion of killing the deputy head of the headquarters of the police headquarters in the Samara region Andrei Gosta and five of his relatives. This was reported to reporters following the meeting of the district prosecutor Evgeny Irch.

“The district prosecutor’s office supported the investigation to elect a preventive measure in the form of an arrest for a period of two months,” TASS quotes him. “Three arrested are natives of Azerbaijan. The suspects asked the court not to arrest them. The charges were not submitted yet.”

At the request of the investigation, the court hearing was made closed to the press. The court of the court was cordoned off by the police, the journalists were not allowed inside, and the detainees were brought to the court from the rear entrance, RIA Novosti said earlier.

Meanwhile, the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation released a video of the detention of the alleged murderers of Gosta and his relatives.

The accusation of the arrested will be brought arrested after confrontation and “other necessary investigative actions,” said Vladimir Markin, official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. According to him, further active work is carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime, as well as other participants, a number of specific investigative actions are planned.

In the criminal case, more than a thousand investigative actions were carried out, of which more than 300 interrogations, more than 100 examinations were assigned, a large number of examinations and recesses. The investigation plans to appoint about a hundred more forensic examinations.

On the morning of May 1, the Investigative Committee reported on the detention of three immigrants from Central Asia on suspicion of a brutal reprisal against the family of the former chief of the Syzran police. It was announced that the detention operation was held in the Samara region on April 30 and on the night of May 1. At the same time, the media reported that one of the suspects managed to escape to Tajikistan.

Later, the representative of the department, Vladimir Markin, told reporters that the detainees began to testify. At the same time, according to him, one of the main versions that the investigation considered the robbery found its confirmation. “During the searches, items were found that were stolen during a robbery, in particular the certificate of a police officer,” said Markin.

On May 2, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk confirmed that the detainees are giving confession. She also stated that "the investigators and investigators received comprehensive evidence of the involvement of the suspects in the perfect crime, including the confession, objects and documents relevant in the criminal case."

The security forces are still not called the names of the arrested. Earlier, the media reported that the two detainees were brothers Alexander and Evgeny Nushtaev, who arrived from Uzbekistan. It was also reported that two detainees recently received Russian citizenship, and the third - a residence permit.

A criminal case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 105 ("The murder of two or more persons) and part 3 of article 30 (" attempted murder ") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation announced a reward in the amount of three million rubles for any information that will contribute to the detention of criminals. Whether the award will be paid, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has not yet been reported.
