Dear colleagues !

On November 28, 2015, the 1st stage of the X (XXVI) of the Extraordinary Pirogovsky Congress of Doctors-the country's highest professional medical forum, which stated a deep systemic health crisis, requiring urgent decision-making at the state level.

At the same time, observing the inconsistent and largely erroneous bureaucratic attempts to “reform” both the healthcare systems and the education and science systems, the Pirogov movement of the doctors of Russia considers it necessary and important to combine efforts with representatives of the pedagogical and scientific communities for the joint discussion of accumulated problems in the social sphere.

In the upcoming election political discussions, the problems of protecting public health, the development of the healthcare system, education and science for objective reasons will be one of the priority blocks of programs, election strategies and topics. In our opinion, the criterion for each party should be a criterion for social responsibility.

On May 21, 2016, in Moscow, Izmailovo Group of Companies will be held the 2nd Stage X (XXVI) of the Extraordinary Pirogovsky Congress of doctors with the discussion of the directions of the anti-crisis program for the reform of the Russian Federation with interested state bodies and public organizations.

Dear colleagues! Relating with sincere respect for your fundamental civil position and a lot of work, we invite you to take part in the work of the upcoming 2nd stage X (XXVI) of the Extraordinary Pirogov Congress of doctors, where it is also supposed to consider the joint formation of the Coordinating Council “For Healthy and Educational Russia”-for the active participation in the processes of modernization and ensuring public examination areas of healthcare, education and science, informing the Company about the final goals and consequences of the transformations, as well as work on the formation of such decisions that will most fully meet the tasks of consolidating and mobilizing the powerful civil potential of a large and socially active part of society.

It is quite obvious that only the joint efforts of all the healthy forces of society can have a positive effect on the emerging crisis situation in the country.
